The 18th tee is tucked beneath the trees along Oronoke Road which runs along the right boundary of this hole. While the tee is somewhat elevated compared to the slope immediately in front, the view from the teebox is uphill to what appears to be a wide landing area, but along the right edge of this hole is an out of bounds fence and pine trees may block your approach if your tee ball lands too far right. Left of the fairway is a downward slope toward the first fairway.
If you're long enough off the tee you might just find an acceptable landing spot for your approach. As is the case with many of the dogleg par 4's, your best spot off the tee is in the fairway just left of center.
