Irving take line and width of fairway from general plan - also see pond.
Large tee at grade of ground.
Corner exposed faces (towards tee) on down slope at about 50 yds.
Rock pile at 110 yds may be made into mound.
Entire drainage of marsh necessary.
Green sketch:
Entire body of green at A [front of green, middle right] raised 2'-6" + At B
[back right of green with mound running off green] 4'
Add plateaus P1 + P2 1' high above body of green
Undulation C [centered at front right edge of green] - 3' high at outer edge
of green and 25' wide at the base
Undulation D [back right section of green and mostly off the green] 2' high above outer edge of green + 20' wide at the base of both undulations to blend very gradually into putting surface.
