Hole 3 — 182 yards [blue tee now is 220 and Ross "property line" is 10 yards behind green, so tee apparently created farther back from sketch]
Tee - cut & fill balance - size 60' x 25'
Drain flat between tee & green
No 3 & 4 [large mounds 60 yards and 40 yards from green] - Rough mounds with foundation of rocks & finished not less than 5' high
Green sketch:
Raise green at A [front of green left and right] 2' 6" gradually using towards B
[back of green left and right] which should be filled at least 4' 6"
Add plateau C [just past midsection of green] raised 1' 3'' above A
On rear an undulation not less than 3' 6" higher at outer edge of green, forming an irregular back ground
No 1 & 2 bunkers [left and right of green] not less than 4' deep on the face
