Any kind of green may be built as no character in material surface

At A [left side of green] - fill 6'
At B [front of green middle and right] - fill sufficient to leave grade sloping 2' 6" from C [back of green middle and right]
At D [short of green] the fill forms a steep terrace approach
E is an undulation 3' high at outer edge of green - sloping with easy grades into putting surface.
