Hole 1 — 431 yards [Blue Tee now is 423]
Tee in 2 or more levels 35 yards by 40'
Cut trees front of 100 yds.
Drainage may be necessary at 150 yds.
Cut thru woods at 275 to about 350 yds.
No 1 bunker [13 yards short left of green] with face finished 4'-deep
Green site slopes strongly to right + front (about 5 to 6 ft)
Green sketch:
A [back right] to be filled sufficient to bring it to the level of B.
[left side] which is grade
The approach at C [short of green, right] to be raised so that there are no sharp terraces - thus grade must be gradual
The face on bunker no. 2 [right of green] must not be deeper than 4'-6". requiring a slight fill after green graded to required level.
